I didn't know what a gift it would be when I stumbled across your mailer in my step-mom's letters. The idea of clearing her house and getting it ready to sell was so daunting that I didn't really know where to begin. As soon as I contacted you on the phone, heard enthusiasm and confidence in your voice, I had a feeling you were the right person. At our first meeting you were so prepared, professional, caring, so knowledgeable and so understanding of the difficulty of my both being from out of town and still grieving our loss. I knew instinctively that you were someone I could trust and depend on.You went so above and beyond my expectations. Arranging repairs on the house, cleaning up after the estate sale person left things in such disarray, disposing of hazardous materials and other left items, seeing that important mail got to me, holding some of our possessions in your office, keeping me constantly informed of plans for the sale of the house, e-mailing pictures of the staging prior to the open house, completing the sale in less that a day, making sure that despite my being in the hospital the signing could take place. . . . . .I can't tell you how much I appreciate all you did.Of course, I am more than ecstatic with how quickly and successfully you negotiated the sale of the house.
